Foot therapy is a method for treating diseases. It plays a role in preventing and treating diseases by soaking and massaging the feet. Foot therapy can not only prevent and cure diseases, but also eliminate fatigue. However, pedicures are also prone to infection of some infectious diseases, so pedicures must pay attention to the following points:
1. When doing pedicure, you must pay attention to the temperature of the water, and it must be kept moderate. Its optimum temperature is 40°C-45°C. It is best to allow the water temperature to gradually become warmer according to the foot adaptation.
2. The time for pedicure is generally 30-40 minutes, and it should not be too long. Only if the pedicure can be performed at a certain temperature and within a certain period of time, can the drug fully exert its efficacy.
3. Foot treatment is also time-based, such as 30 minutes before and after meals, it is not suitable for foot treatment.
4. When doing pedicure, there may be some external medicines, which can cause blistering or skin redness and itching.
5. The external treatment drugs used in foot baths are in large doses, and some drugs are still toxic, so they are generally not suitable for entry. At the same time, after the pedicure is completed, the affected area should be washed and dried.
6. Patients with bleeding should not be treated with pedicure, such as heart disease or weak patients, the time of pedicure should not be too long, preferably within 10 minutes. In the process of pedicure, it is not advisable to eat food, so as not to cause a burden on the stomach.
